Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or utilizing any website, web utility, browser extension (Chrome Web Store), mobile application (Android / Google Play Store), desktop software (Windows), or game (including Pak Ludo) developed and published by Muhammad Adrees (operating as DigiPro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our software.

2. Software License & Permitted Use

• Freeware & Personal/Commercial Use: Unless specified otherwise, our online web utilities, Chrome extensions, and free applications are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and professional use.
• Open-Source Components: Software releases hosted on GitHub are governed by their respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT License, Apache 2.0) as documented in their source repositories.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute malicious modifications, or exploit our software products to inflict damage, disrupt third-party networks, or violate regional or international laws.

3. Game & Interactive Services (Pak Ludo & Others)

• Fair Play: In games offering multiplayer or competitive features, players must adhere to honest gameplay. The use of unauthorized bots, memory-injection hacks, or exploitative scripts is prohibited.
• Virtual Assets: Any scores, achievements, or in-game unlockables are non-transferable and possess no real-world monetary value.

4. Chrome Extensions & Third-Party Platform Terms

Our extensions interact with third-party web environments and APIs (such as YouTube, Pixeldrain, TikTok, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must respect the intellectual property and terms of service of third-party websites whose public content you access or download (e.g., video thumbnails, public media).
• Our tools are designed for legitimate, lawful content creators, developers, and personal media backup. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage respects third-party copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

All software, applications, utilities, and services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive for continuous stability, optimization, and security, Muhammad Adrees does not guarantee that:

• The software will operate uninterrupted or entirely error-free on every conceivable hardware/OS combination.
• Third-party platform API changes (e.g., browser updates or external website DOM modifications) will not occasionally disrupt extension functionality before an update is published.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Muhammad Adrees (DigiPro) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, apps, games, or services (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption).

7. Intellectual Property

All original source code, graphic designs, UI assets, logos, and documentation authored by Muhammad Adrees remain the intellectual property of Muhammad Adrees (DigiPro), protected under international copyright and intellectual property conventions.
